Shipping & Returns

All orders that are in-stock will be fulfilled within 2-3 business days from our warehouse in Ohio. Please note that occasionally our warehouse experiences periods of high order volume and it can take up to 4 business days fulfill your order. We will do everything we can to ship your order as soon as possible.

Shipped from our warehouse in Ohio. Most are sent via USPS or UPS. Specific service will be automatically chosen by our system when your order is processed, and depends on the size/weight of your order. Once your package has left our warehouse there is a chance of carrier delays.

Delivery times are generally 2 - 7 business days based on the carrier. ​Please note that estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed. Weather delays and other unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery time. 

You have 30 days from receipt of product to initiate a return. We only accept returns for items purchased at Ravaa.co. Items must be returned in brand new, unused condition, with all hang tags and packaging intact. A refund will be issued within 2-3 weeks of receipt for the purchase price to the credit card that was used to make the purchase. Please reach out to info@ravaa.co if you have any questions.

Return Instructions:

1. Email us your order number, item and reason for return. 

2. We will send back a return label and instructions within 5 business days. 

3. Place the item to be returned (in original, unused condition and all original packaging) inside the box being returned.

4. Place return label on box.

5. Take box to nearest shipping provider and ship back to us.

6. You will be notified when we receive your package.
